  • Minced Nutrave chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • Foie Gras
  • Raisins
  • Pedro Ximenez wine
  • Salt
  • Crushed pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil


To prepare our special Nutrave Imperial chicken for Christmas, first gut the chicken, ready to be stuffed.

For the stuffing,  place the minced Nutrave chicken in a bowl with the raisins and two eggs and mix well. When thoroughly mixed, add the Pedro Ximenez wine, the crushed pepper, the foie gras and the salt. Mix again until the ingredients have been evenly mixed together and a dough has been formed.

Stuff the rear of the Imperial chicken with the dough. Use a generous amount of stuffing to ensure that the dish is delicious.

Place the stuffed Imperial chicken on a baking tray and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Place the baking tray into the oven at a temperature of 180º until fully cooked. You may have to turn it over at one point to ensure that it is cooked throughout.

Serve it whole on a tray to be cut and served onto plates at the table.
