• Nutrave chicken thighs
  • Slices of Serrano ham
  • Roquefort cheese
  • Single cream
  • A splash of Brandy
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Clean the thighs, removing the bone.
Then, place a slice of Serrano ham inside.
Bake them in the oven at 200º with a splash of Brandy.
For the sauce, melt a piece of Roquefort cheese and mix with the single cream and a little pepper.
This sauce can be served with the stuffed thighs and will give them a delicious flavour.
To serve, cut the thigh and decorate with the sauce and some sprigs of chives.
