- Nutrave chicken breast
- Spring onion
- Sesame paste
- 1 egg
- Chicken stock (if you don’t have any prepared, you can make it with two chicken carcasses or a whole chicken)
Finely chop the meat and the spring onion. Grate the ginger and make a mixture with these three ingredients.
When mixed well, add the sesame paste to create a dough and, after mixing well again, add the egg.
Take small quantities of the dough and create little rolls wrapped in the spinach leaves. When all of the rolls have been prepared, steam them.
How to serve:
Place the chicken and spinach rolls on a plate and pour over the hot chicken stock. You’ll love the flavour of this dish.
