  • Brown the Nutrave chicken carcasses in a drop of oil.
  • Add a dash of white wine and water and cook for 45 minutes.
  • In the meantime, sauté the onion and garlic and, once sweated, add the fresh grated tomato.
  • Brown the Nutrave chicken wings in a drop of oil.
  • Add the sautéed vegetables and the rice, along with some of the hot stock.
  • Add the saffron and season to taste.
  • Cook for 18 minutes and arrange elegantly on the plate.
