- 6 Nutrave chicken wings
- 200 g of rice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 ripe tomato
- 375 ml of water
- 40 ml of white wine
- 40 ml of olive oil
1. PREPARATION OF THE INGREDIENTS: Cut up the chicken wings. Also finely dice the garlic and tomato.
2. PREPARATION OF THE RICE WITH CHICKEN: Place the oil and the seasoned chicken into the pressure cooker and brown the chicken.
Then add the garlic, tomato, black pepper, food colouring (when desired) and the rice.
Sauté slightly and season to taste. Add the water and wine, place the lid on the pressure cooker, close the valve and once the correct pressure has been reached, leave to cook for 10 minutes.
After this time, release the pressure from the pressure cooker and open it. And the result will be a delicious rice with chicken that is full of flavour, prepared in less than 20 minutes, and you won’t have to bother about dirty pots and pans.
