Ingredients:
- Split Nutrave chicken wings
- Flour
- Whisked egg
- Tortilla chips for nachos
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Ground cumin
- Grated cheese (to taste)
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Black olives
- Avocado
- Natural yogurt
- Lemon juice
Preparation:
– Preheat the oven to 220º
– Place a pinch of salt, pepper and cumin on the wings, coat them in flour, followed by egg and finally the crushed tortilla chips. Place them on a baking tray that has been coated with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other.
– Remove the tray from the oven, place some grated cheese on each wing and bake for a further 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
– While the wings are baking, finely chop the tomato and onion and slice the olives. Mix and dress to taste.
– Prepare the sauce by placing the avocado pulp, some yogurt, a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper in the blender and blend until smooth.
– Serve the coated wings with the tomato, onion and olive salad and drizzle on some of the avocado sauce.
