Ingredients:
- 1 Nutrave chicken breast cut into strips
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chives
Preparation:
Coat the seasoned chicken with flour and brown it in the olive oil.
Using the same pan and without removing the remains of toasted flour, add half a glass of milk, stir and leave to boil for a few minutes, until it thickens, just like a béchamel sauce. Add more milk if necessary.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately with a nice baguette.
