- 1 Nutrave chicken breast
- 1 packet of puff pastry dough
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 pot of single cream for cooking
Start by preheating the oven to 180º.
We will then prepare all the ingredients: Finely chop the onion and garlic. And also chop the plums.
Chop the chicken into small pieces and season. Cut the puff pastry dough into four parts and place on an even surface. Whisk the egg to brush the mini pasties later.
In a large pan, sauté the onion and then add the garlic. When poached, add the chopped chicken and stir.
Add all the spices, stir and continue to cook. Once the chicken is browned, add the chopped plums and the single cream and stir.
Place the resulting mixture on a tray and leave to cool.
Fill the four pieces of puff pastry one by one and fold each one over to make little packets. Brush the mini pasties with the whisked egg to close them and place them on a baking tray with baking paper.
Place the mini pasties in the oven and remove them when they are brown, serving when warm.
