- Nutrave chicken wings
- Oyster sauce
- Crosnes (root vegetable)
- Spinach leaves
- Spring onion
In a saucepan, cook the honey with the oyster sauce until you get a thick syrup that will be used to lacquer the wings.
Season the Nutrave chicken wings and roast in the oven at 150ºC. Keep an eye on them, because every 5 minutes you will have to coat them with the syrup prepared at the beginning, so that they look glossy and lacquered.
Boil the spinach leaves, add the mustard and blend into a purée.
Cook the root vegetables until al dente and sauté. They will be used as garnish on our dish.
How to serve:
Place the roast chicken wings on a layer of mustard and spinach purée. Finally, add the root vegetables.
