- 1 Nutrave chicken breast
- Beef juice or soy sauce
- Extra virgin olive oil
Mix the bread, milk, chopped bacon, garlic and parsley and make small balls that we will fry and then cook in a stock made with Nutrave chicken carcasses.
Vacuum cook the Nutrave chicken breasts at 65ºC for three hours. They should be well cooked but juicy. If it is not possible to vacuum cook, cook in abundant water.
Once the balls are ready and have been soaked in the chicken stock, place the thinly sliced chicken breast on top and add the soy or beef vinaigrette.
