To make this recipe it is first necessary to marinate the chicken breast. First cut it into pieces, to be added onto the skewer afterwards.

For the marinade, mix the yogurt with Moorish curry, pepper, cinnamon and mustard. Add the chicken and leave overnight.

The next day, place the chicken pieces onto skewers and cook. They can be cooked on a barbecue, a really succulent and tasty way to cook them, or they can also be grilled.
