Ingredients:

  • Nutrave chicken breasts
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Red pepper
  • Garlic
  • Kale
  • Skimmed milk
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • Curry powder
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Couscous
  • Black sesame seeds

Preparation:

Start by chopping the onion, garlic, carrot and red pepper into small pieces and sauté with a little salt and extra virgin olive oil.

Add the Nutrave chicken cut into pieces and brown slightly.

Finally, add the kale and stir. Add the skimmed milk, the curry powder, the cinnamon and the lemon juice. Add milk until all ingredients have been covered.

Cook on a medium heat for around 10 minutes until the liquid has reduced. When cooked, remove from the heat, add the egg and stir to thicken the sauce. If necessary, put back on the heat, being careful that the sauce does not curdle.

At the same time, heat the same amount of water as couscous, mix together and leave to stand for around 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and a little extra virgin olive oil and loosen the couscous.

Plate up and all done!
