• 1 Nutrave chicken breast
  • Red onion
  • Parsley
  • Slices of Pría smoked cheese
  • 2 glasses of white wine
  • Oil
  • Salt


Cut the breast into fillets and sauté on a medium heat with very hot oil. Season to taste beforehand.

When ready, flambé with the white wine.

Place it on an oven tray and drizzle the remaining oil over it. Place the cheese slices on top of each fillet, and place in the oven to grill.

For the garnish, poach some red onion and then sauté with parsley. You can also add a touch of liqueur.
